Elm Street Technology Appoints Mitch Fanning as Chief Growth Officer

GTM leader brings 20+ years of B2B SaaS experience to lead the company's key marketing initiatives and deliver on defined growth goals.

FRISCO, TX – March 7, 2023 – Elm Street Technology, LLC ("Elm Street" or the "Company"), a leading provider of residential real estate technology and marketing tools, today announces Mitch Fanning has joined the Company as Chief Growth Officer, effective immediately.

Fanning's 20+ years of GTM experience as a marketing leader has helped some of Canada's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies create enterprise value with strategic, data-driven marketing motions that drive predictable demand.

Since late 2021, he has advised over a dozen B2B SaaS companies from $5M to $100M+ across multiple industries and verticals ranging from cybersecurity, healthcare, real estate, fintech, and martech. Before that, he led marketing at Rentsync, a leading provider of marketing solutions for the multifamily industry, which experienced significant growth during his tenure.

Fanning assumed the role of acting Chief Growth Officer with Elm Street Technology in the second half of 2022 and, in that time, has laid the initial foundation for a predictable marketing engine at Elm Street Technology.
