Elm Street Technology Appoints Saunvit Pandya as Chief Product and Technology Officer

Global product and engineering leader brings 15+ years of people and product management experience to oversee product development and delivery

FRISCO, TX – March 09, 2023 – Elm Street Technology, LLC ("Elm Street" or the “Company”), a leading provider of residential real estate technology and marketing tools, today announces Saunvit Pandya has joined the Company as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Pandya brings over fifteen years of experience in global product development, strategy, engineering, and operations to Elm Street in consumer verticals ranging from travel, automotive, finance, healthcare, and retail. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President, Product Management of the Vehicle Solutions division at Solera, Inc., a $400M leading global provider of data and software solutions for the automotive, fleet, and insurance industries and ecosystems.

Pandya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
