How to opt in (Call to Action). This program collects opt-in by phone. When you call our AI receptionist and ask us to text you, we say: “Would it be okay if I text you that link? You’ll get one text from Elm Street with what you asked for. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” If you agree and give your mobile number, we text you a one-time confirmation and send the requested message only after you reply YES.

Elm Street Technology, LLC (“Elm Street”) operates an AI phone receptionist for its IDX Broker, IXACT Contact, and OutboundEngine products. Through this text messaging program we send transactional messages you request — such as links to help-center articles, account signup and self-service pages, and confirmations that a team member will follow up.2. Consent is collected during an inbound phone call you initiate to our AI receptionist. When you ask us to text you, we tell you the program name, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We then send a one-time confirmation text, and only send the requested message after you reply YES. We never use web-scraped, purchased, or third-party contact lists, and we do not add you to this program without your request and confirmation.3. Message frequency
